Portrayed romantic aspirations Hassie Harrison and Ryan Bingham are now a couple in real life as well.
Wednesday, the “Yellowstone” actors confirmed their real-life relationship via social media. Bingham made their relationship official on Instagram by posting a photo of the couple kissing in front of a campfire in the mountains while wearing identical camouflage jackets.
“More than a spark,” Bingham, age 42, captioned the image.
“I love you, cowboy,” Harrison, age 33, responded.
Harrison portrays barrel racer Laramie and Bingham portrays ranch hand Walker in the iconic western drama. On the Dutton ranch, the characters meet and fell in love with one another.
Naturally, fans of the popular Paramount Network series expressed their enthusiasm and support in the comments section following Bingham’s Instagram post.
“I knew it from the moment I first saw you in Yellowstone!” @josiejocape7 wrote. “I swore before God! Flipping Fantastic! What a wonderful couple… Sending you all my best regards from Cape Cod!”
“Not cool that you did loyd like this lol,” tweeted @grkelley2 in reference to Laramie’s ex-lover on the show. “congrats y’all!”
“Yessss!!!!” @lynnieruns wrote. “Okay, Lainey [Wilson] and Ian [Bohen] are up next???”
Jen Landon (Teeter), another “Yellowstone” cast member, also commented with a succession of heart-eye emojis.
The revelation of Bingham and Harrison’s relationship coincides with a controversy involving the “Yellowstone” cast and Paramount Network.
Months ago, rumours circulated that Paramount Network was planning to end the hit series due to a scheduling dispute with the main actor and executive producer, Kevin Costner. A couple of weeks ago, Costner and other principal cast members abruptly withdrew from the PaleyFest fan event in Los Angeles, adding to the speculation.
Despite Costner’s conspicuous absence, Paramount executive Keith Cox assured dissatisfied PaleyFest attendees that the network is “very confident he will continue with the show.”
